SFS acquires leading Slovenian distribution partner in the construction industry

The SFS Group has acquired EPRO D.O.O. effective October 1, 2024. EPRO is a leading, longtime distribution partner for high-end applications to the building envelope in Slovenia. This takeover will strengthen SFS’s presence in the Adriatic region markets.

EPRO D.O.O. is a family-run enterprise specializing in the distribution of fasteners, fixings, fall protection systems and accessories for flat roofs, roofing and façade elements. Domiciled in Ljubljana (Slovenia), the company generated sales of approximately EUR 4 million in 2023 with about ten employees. Its core competence is adding value for the customer by offering high-quality products and systems including services such as consulting, design and planning. The customer base is mainly in Slovenia, extending into Croatia and the broader Adriatic region markets.

The acquisition of EPRO will allow SFS to strengthen its regional presence and thereby its market position in the long term. The operations of EPRO will continue unchanged with all its employees.
